Complaints in relation to the verification team and process will be considered as well as Appeals in relation to the B-BBEE Scorecard.

BEE Sure undertakes to investigate any complaints or appeals made by a measured entity, regarding the verification of its BBBEE status and to make every effort to resolve the matter as prescribed by the Agency’s Policy Manual. All complaints and appeals must be resolved within 30 days of receipt.

Appeals must be lodged within 5 days from Certificate issue date.
